CERT HE Skills for the Workplace (SfWP) will help you develop and apply transferable workplace skills, give your career a boost and further develop your existing work and life-based experiences.

  • Manage people, information, activities and resources independently and as part of a team
  • Gain further qualifications 
  • Cap and gown graduation

Cert HE SfWP is an internationally recognised professional and academic qualification delivered by University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD). 

Successful students can also achieve an additional Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management awarded by the ILM.

There is an opportunity to gain a BA (Hons) degree in Leadership and Management Skills for the Workplace.

What is the assessment method?

Assessment is through work based assignments. There are no exams.

What is the duration of the course?  

 The course is currently 10 months in duration. 

How is the course delivered?

The programme content and delivery are flexible and all teaching is project based, linking theory with practice and ensuring that each module is contextualised in real workplace situations and challenges.

What about quality assurance?

Cert HE SfWP is an internationally recognised professional and academic qualification delivered by University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD).

Where is the course being held?

Courses will be held at Tidworth Garrion and RMB Chivenor.

What qualifications will I get?
